Trophic Level

The carnivores on the top of the pyrimid are getting the most energy and are thetop-level animals like grizzlies, mountain lions, and coyotes.
Those other predators are animals like wolves and wild cats.
The Yellowstone herbivores are elk, bison, deer, pronghorn antelope, bighorn sheep, mountain goats and beaver, provide food for other predators.
Producers like plants, as well as some protista and bacteria, provide the Yellowstone ecosystem with the fuel. This helps sustain a wide assemblage of life forms.
The sun light is the main source and is the first level of the trophic levels.
